Our Deep Cleaning service includes the following:

Kitchen:

• Refrigerator
• inside/outside (we take everything out and put it back)
• Stove and Oven– inside/outside
• Stove hood
• Microwave
• Dishwasher & cabinets – outside (inside by request)
• Clean all small appliances and jars on countertops.
• Polish sinks & faucets

Bathrooms:

• Clean/disinfect shower, tubs, shower doors (remove hard water stains),
• Toilets, vanity lights, countersinks, mirrors, and faucets.
• Polish cabinet under the sink, baseboards.

Other Rooms:

• Hand dust all shelves, ceiling fans, baseboards, inside of windows and blinds
• Clean mirrors
• Hand wipe ventilation grilles
• Vacuum all carpets, corners, edges, area rugs
• Clean floors
• Wipe light fixtures inside/out and disinfect switches

Price depending on the size of the house.

Our recurring cleaning service includes, but is not limited to:

• Clean the outside and top of the refrigerator
• Clean stove and hood
• Clean the outside/inside the microwave
• Clean the outside of the dishwasher
• Clean and disinfect countertops, backsplash, sinks, and faucets.
• Spot clean the outside of the cabinets.

Bathrooms:

• Clean and disinfect tubs, showers, countertops, sinks, faucets, toilets, and floors
• Clean shower doors, mirrors, lights, and exterior of vanities
• Clean sinks and faucets

Bedrooms:

• Make all beds
• Dust and polish all furniture

Other Rooms:

• Hand dust all surfaces
• Dust ceiling fans
• Vacuum carpet and rugs
• Clean floors
• Dust blinds and window sills
• Clean light fixtures and disinfect switches
• Hand wipes baseboards as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture

Full Service $200.00

The full service includes brushing, spot treatment, and hot water extractions. All chemicals and solutions are included. It covers up to 8 rooms.

Standard Service $150.00

The standard service includes chemicals and solutions. We agitate the carpet and treat it
appropriately (depending on the carpet’s needs). The standard service covers the majority of residential needs. It covers up to 6 areas.

Four Rooms $100.00

The four-room service is practical for many homes. It includes all chemicals and solutions, with spot treatments. It’s priced depending on the request. This service covers up to 4 areas.

Minimum Service $80.00

The minimum service covers traffic lanes in your home. It includes solution and hot water extraction. This is the best service available to maintain your carpet. It also covers up to three rooms.
Upholstery

We charge a minimum of $80.00 for our services in general.

This minimum can be covered if carpets are also cleaned. Typically, chairs and seats are charged at a rate of $5.00 each. Couches typically average $40.00, although prices vary depending on size. If interested in upholstery cleaning, please call for an estimate.

Tile & Grout
Tile & grout cleaning is charged by the square foot. In general, we will clean floors at $0.60 per square foot. However, the price of grout and tile cleaning varies depending on the condition of the floor. We have a $100.00 minimum with the grout cleaning, which can be covered if paired with upholstery or carpet services.

Cleaning a home to make it ready to move in or out is a more exhaustive task than what is deep cleaning.

For a move out cleaning, all walls and counters in your home are cleared of debris
and dust.

The tubs, toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops are all disinfected and polished in the bathrooms. We wipe mirrors to leave them clean. We also wipe and disinfect light fixtures. Likewise, we clean closets and shelves in master bathrooms. We never miss cleaning baseboards and door trims.

Furthermore, we clean bedrooms, lofts, and living rooms, including ceiling fans, windows, and window tracks. Our maids never miss details such as light switches and power outlets. They also wipe down doors and hinges where dirt accumulates.
Kitchens have the appliances attended from inside out. Ovens, range hoods, and microwaves are degreased as well.

We wipe down cabinets and cupboards inside and out, eliminating dirt and any grease accumulated.

Our maids also dust the tops of your cabinets and pot shelves (These places tend to accumulate dust and are often ignored).

The goal of a move out cleaning is to scrub the house down and leave it ready for the next tenant.
